A 1994 School bus repurposed into a luxury tiny home. A Spanish Villa With Colombian inspiration located in St. Petersburg FL. Comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate 5. KING size memory foam mattress in the bedroom, a full size loft bed, and an extra long full size sofa/pull out bed. Apartment size fridge and microwave. 3 burner gas stove and 60 inch tv to cook at home and relax.
The space
A Tiny Home with a roof raise and efficiently used space make the space feel larger… 7.5 ft ceilings. If you’ve ever stayed in an RV or always wanted to stay in a Tiny Home this is a unique space! It is built to eventually go off grid so the toilet is a Separett Composting Toilet. Two entrances and an emergency exit in the bedroom.
Please note this is not available to spring break students and is intended for families, individuals or couples over age 25. Example: Recently two parents and their high school students rented the bus, that is acceptable. The bus is very accessible to colleges in Florida and students with their parents can enjoy this unique experience.

Wow this school-bus was amazing. Extremely modern and spotless inside. Mark was very generous with his time and personally met us at the bus to show us around and explain everything.
It is very conveniently located to both the beach and downtown. Great restaurants and bars are literally just down the road.
I would return here again with hesitation when I am next in the area.

Marks school bus, converted into a tiny luxury home, was Awesome. Its done up so well on the inside you forget that you’re staying in a school bus. My wife and I spent 4 days, enjoying St. Pete, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, almost half way between the beach and downtown and with the convenience of public transportation it was only about a fifteen minute ride to either spot. Mark is a phenomenal host. He was on point with his response time to any questions we had, and was very helpful. We will definitely be hitting Marks place up again the next time we’re in town, and would highly recommend, for any body looking to spend time in St. Pete.
